Seriously the rats look good, coyotes Ok, wolves at auction always sketchy, fisher not so good, beaver soft but not in the toilet, I'm betting NAFA prices will be better.

When they show results like that, i wish they would show the results from the past 3-5 years from the same auction, along side the most recent.
it would be nice to see what the trend is.
i can never remember what happened last year, same auction.
x 2 on nafa being better, i hope!!!!

With squirrel prices like that, I'd think most would be putting them into the bait pile as opposed to skinning them. That's a terrible price. Hopefully NAFA does a better job.

Prices
The price of rats, a feller could make a couple hundred a day without too much problems. That would be a cool project for a kid.

Rats
25 odd years ago I was taking 20-25 rats a day (Just on my days off from work) in the County of Strathcona as a Res Trapper. I had 17 in one colony trap on one day. I sold then to ****ker Furs for $5.00 each on the carcass. made over $1900.00 that year after expenses, just on Rats alone. So at these price and working a little harder I would bet you could make 5k in a season on rats, after expenses. All I had was 5 colony traps and 2 dozen 110 conibears, a Dodge Rampage and a tobogan.
Great way for teenages to make money parttime.
