Default Tripod Hunting Stand?

Been searching the interwebs, have my eye set on the mellenium t100 lightweight tripod but no luck ordering into Canada. Go figure. Any one have any good ideas? I’ve got a great area that I hunt with tall brush and not many options for trees. I’m open to ideas! Or if anyone knows of anything like this in Canada.

I got one of these. Use it all the time and pretty light still. Would buy one with a backrest if getting again

Use a scuffle ( you can also put stable cables all the way up) it will get you up above the trees, and has a bigger foot print

Nimrod, did you mean a Scaffold?

That would work... Just need a way to silence it from rattling and clanking....

Hahah! I know, right?

Looks like there are no tripods on the Cabelas site at the moment.

The American site has some listed:

https://www.cabelas.com/shop/Categor...atalogId=10551

You may want to keep an eye on the Canadian site. They typically have better selection when hunting season rolls around.

I’m sure the supply chain issues from the *cough* *cough* offshore manufacturers are limiting available stock at the moment.

Looks like Canadian Tire has one listed as well:
