Default Bait shop?

Where can a guy get some bait? After getting skunked twice in two tries at Mons, I'm hoping to get out to Nakamun on Sun/Mon or Tues next week.

Now part of it was a slow spot, saw almost nothing. But I may have the wrong lure out there for them. Suggestions?

I hear maggots or mealworms but I can't find any? Where can I find them this time of year?

And if someone could toss in some nak access tips as I've never been that would be great. Unless its super simple of course.

What about minnows?
I'm debating burbs at sante vs perch at nakamun. Never been to either. Hope access is easy enough to both.

You perch fishing or pike ?

Perch I'd try to locate shrimp or small minnows the ones that are about an inch or so long .

Pike smelts , anchovies , minnows .
