They are going by length not weight. F&W suggested it to limit the amount of time the fish were out of the water.

As of 5 yesterday 1st Pike was 79.1cm burbot was I heard around 65.

Weather is so bad now and gonna get worse it will be a real tough drive home for some. I had to leave yesterday so now feel kinda happy that I did based on the looks of the weather.

Fished a solid 9 hrs. no bites saw one small burbot on the tv so a real tiring day for sure. Not a lot of fished iced. They do have a full derby 250 and everyone I talked with was enjoying the day.

As if last night i believe there was a 91 cm weight in at around 5:30.

We landed 4 and lost 2. Was not to bad of a day.

We left this morning at 8am to beat the sh@ty drive home. It was really slippery west of strathmore.
B training 5th wheel and sled trailer was Scary doing 80 km/h in 4x4 and the truck wanted to go sideways. But kept her between the lines.

Have a safe drive home all to bad we had to leave early but think we made the right choice
