Liver and onions, garden picked green beans and garden picked baby carrots. cornbread made in a cast iron pan on the BBQ.

Seared fresh Whitetail tenderloin with shiitake mushroom and sweet onion finished with a splash of Amaretto.

Served with German Cucumber salad and roasted baby potatoes.
