Mrs. Omega caught me in the middle of a Twerking lesson from the 5 year old grandson this morning
and literally screamed. Stop. Stop. Are you crazy? We cannot afford another trip to emerg.
We actually keep a simplifed injury flow chart on the fridge which looks like a stick figure Hangman game with circles drawn around each family members age related injury

Nope  Right arm Bicep reattachment and shoulder surgery went great last year.........................
But now tore off the left Bicep tendon. 
Emergency surgery on Monday...Note to self and others.
Never tell yes dear your not doing dishes.

OMG!!!! vcmm, be careful ! And get better soon, okay.
At least I have a ways to go before reaching that stage.
Aside from a bit of stiffness in the morning I'm still doing okay for the most part.
Sure I can't see a tic on a Moose's nose any more, but I never could anyway.
And I do run out of wind a bit quicker then I used to but that's okay, I don't need to blow up any balloons these days anyway.
I just hope I'll be still going this strong twenty years from now.
