Default CP Closing

Sorry for breaking the rules as I responded to a thread regarding Country Pleasures going bankrupt and stiffing customers.
I thought that telling the story and expressing my frustration would be allowed.
Sorry if I caused anyone grief.
In my world, I do not allow fraudulent businesses or people just gathering cash before closing the doors..
This closing for me cost $180.
Paid on debit . No recourse.
The world will go on.
CP was great until it was ****ty.
Goodbye CP..

Country Pleasures?
Is that like a rural dating service/escort agency?
Never heard of them.

How do the long term lurkers even remember their passwords? Probably on his second or third computer since signing up!

For those not in the know, what did the store sell and where was it located? Not a lot of info to go on for an outfit that's anything but a household name. The abbreviation used in the title might well have crashed major railroad stocks.

They were a fly shop on Macleod trail. Don't quote me on this but I would imagine they have got to be one of the oldest in the city.
