Default NDP and balanced budgets.

I am thinking angry Tom needed a stiff drink after reading this.

Why doesnt Tom just show everyone the Alberta budget to put this sore spot to rest and show everyone the the ndp is completely capable of delivering a budget...

Oh wait, that's right....

I forgot....

But boy oh boy, when they do finally show up for work, all the nay Sayers will be eating humble pie...that is for certain. Sort of.

Wow. I am starting to see the benefits of the longer election campaign.

Does it strike anyone else as odd that so many of the Liberal and NDP politicians seems to be travelling the country like carpet baggers.

I would love to see some one do alittle more than make the payments (balanced budget) but maybe chip away at the record high national deficit at some point maybe? Paying off the credit card vs making the minimums.

Ole Tommy consistently says during this election, only the NDP have had balanced budgets across the province's. I say Whaaaa?

Lets hope the orange wave stays here in Ab and the rest of the voters see what their choices really are.

I don't believe the NDP are lying; truth is based on facts and if you don't know the truth, well, you can't lie.

And everyone knows that the NDP is short on facts.......

Math is hard.

Read this morning mulcair's so called economic platform (rather just a few snippets of saying little, some simply not making sense) have already been estimated by economists as costing 150,000 jobs. That number was based on his tax increases.

......and we don't even have any real details yet. It's looking like the, "tommie the commie" moniker may well prove suitable.

Remember the debate tonight, starts at 6. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/...ticle25806782/

NDP - "Balanced Budget" - what an oxymoron!!!! Morons trying to stay within a limited income?? Not in our lifetime. Take away the tax break from the oldsters and veterans and fire it into their $15/day child welfare "program".

For commietommy, its all about getting power. This guy doesn't give a flying rats azz about Canadians and will say and do anything to get it. Strange looking left wing budget for this election. If he gets his power, everyone can be sure it will be much different next time.

NDP get real scary any time they put out a budget. Pretty clear now why nutley has been holding off on that.

If you seriously believe any of them care about the public, you're pretty sadly mistaken IMO.

Very interesting to me that no ones seems to be standing up for the NDP. Someone, **** most everyone had to vote for them. You would think that they would have a bunch of white knights defending them. Seems their actions so far are indefensible.

I was sitting down with my accountant last week dealing with the year end for my company and he said that the ndp are the first government in north america to change tax rates "retroactive" rather than effective Jan 1st the following year. We don't hear that in the media now do we!!! They won't release there budget till after the federal election is done so they don't blow it for their commie fed partners. As well the taxes have gone up for the mid range incomes.

I'm sure if any business people in Alberta had any money left, they could fight this in court. How can they increase the tax retroactively to when the weren't even the Gov't.? My accountant (from B.C.) is astounded the media and public aren't screaming about this....

If this is true, please give the reference to the Alberta rules?

Your accountant must have them?

Even if this rule is part of the agenda of the ndp, it still has to be implemented.
