Garden hose.
Does anyone know where to get a decent garden hose? One that isn't stiff and the connections won't leak?
I doesn't have to be cold resistant, I never use it in winter.
I had an old black rubber one that was great but somebody stole it.

Buy a bulk roll of dishwasher hose, or heater hose, and clamp ends onto it.

I've had good luck with Costco. They have different brands of course but usually are good quality.
If I'm not satisfied, bring it back next time I'm there.

too bad you are so far away
I just sorted through all the old ones for the bird waterers and I am sure that I have 400 feet of rubber or vinyl (best it goes in garbage) hose that needs a connection on one end or the other but are otherwise serviceable. Put them out in front of the barn for next trip to the dump. My wife looked up all the crafts that can be made with them including welcome mats etc. I am betting they go to the dump long before they get used for crafts but there is another month before I go to the dump so time will tell.

Go to a commercial irrigation wholesaler/retailer. They will probably have good garden hoses as well. I.E. Southern Irrigation in Lethbridge.

That's the ones I use. I've got 3 or 4 and they've stood up well.

Don't waste money on hoses that are over priced and last one season...
Commercial or industrial hoses are the way to go . Pay abit more yes, worth every penny though.

The commercial ones still need to be drained and stored in the garage over winter?

I've had a commercial quality hose left outside for 13 years now. I have had to put new fittings on the end 2 or 3 times otherwise good to go. I bet it will outlast me.

Pay the extra $15.00 and get a 100% rubber hose. After buying numerous hoses that claim no kinks no memory etc only to get frustrated and give them away. Buy the rubber frustrations gone

Buy commercial grade, and if you're connecting and disconnecting a lot, Gregg's, UFA, etc. sells quick disconnects that make hooking and unhooking a breeze.
