Default Bolt Jewelling

I'm part way through a custom build and am looking for someone who could jewell a pre-64 win bolt. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the work will be done by Henry Rempel. I know its not a major job, and if i had the equipment i would probably do it myself. I did find a guy to do it though.

Thanks

I put a short pencil in a drill and glued a small round piece of 400 grit sandpaper on the end of the eraser. Then proceeded to make the swirls. Turned out great. I polished the bolt first. It was an old R700.

I looked through my phone, can't find them. The rifle is no longer with me.
The biggest problem was the soft wood and the metal eraser 'holder' would have to be periodically recrimpted to hold the eraser tight. A dab of hot glue help the sandpaper in place.

That's the method used in my 1968 NRA gunsmithing book, I tried it once about 40 years ago on a Mauser 98 bolt it looked good to me but I was young then. I used a paper punch to make the circles and Mc Givered a indexing fixture out of plywood.
