Anyone Vacationing in a warmer climate?

Last May found a great deal to Vietnam, the catch was we had to travel back thru Manila.

Flights within these Asian countries are super cheap, we had to find a flight from Hanoi to Manila which was only $100.00 for a 4 hour flight.
We just spend 10 days in Vietnam and now we are on Pangloa island Philippines.
We have been cruising around on a scooter and no matter where we go these Pilipino's are the friendliest we've ever encountered.

It is amazing what all these philippino's had to leave behind when they ended up in Canada.

I know it is a bit out of the way for Canadians to travel to the Philippines, but if you get the chance go, beaches are wonderful, sand is like flour people are super nice, hot climate and no snow and -25 in March.

Was thinking about travelling there.

What area are you? I know a German was just beheaded somewhere in that country.

Have you tried the local cuisine? The ginger dog is delicious.
