Daypack search
I’m looking to replace my very old hunting daypack. It’s camo with a fleece exterior which works well in any brush stalking. Any suggestions as to a decent replacement? Volume isn’t as important as the exterior material and camo type for stalking and enough depth to fit an 18 “ barrel (break down grouse gun). Hard to pick out something online.
Thanks

You won’t like the material if you think fleece or camo is necessary. That said, I’ve never owned a better day pack than the Stone Glacier Avail. It packs weight well (this bear got a ride out in it), and I’ve never had an issue with noise. That may change if I walk backwards.

I use a Mystery Ranch Pop-up 28 for my day pack, It is rugged and simple. I can't recall seeing a new production pack with a fleece outer material, or anything similar.

Good ideas
Thanks for the suggestions. Been awhile since I’ve had to make any significant hunting purchases so I need the direction of those in the know. Of the 4 I’m kinda leaning towards the eberlestock. I like the design.

I can't complain about my EXO. Most comfortable pack I have used thus far.

X2 I run the Venture 2300.
Great day pack, light years ahead of the badlands I used to run.

Cabelas bass pro Walmart or Canadian tire will likely have a polar fleece type material with mossy oak camo bag.
