That Cooper is a beautiful thing.
How do you like that barrel contour in the 20 inch? Is it standard contour for their rifles or slightly heavier? What bullet weight does it like?

Its a bit heavier than i expected, was expecting it to be similar to the Cooper Classic, was the first stainless M51 into prophet river, so nothing to compare with.
shoots fantastic, and is not fussy, I run, 65 v-max for small game,75gr Serria HP for general use, and 85gr Serria soft point for deer, Got it threaded for a suppressor and its now in NZ,

Sure wish we could use suppressors here.
So many threaded barrels now, but those brakes just break eardrums.
That Cooper 6x45 would be dynamite

same, the little ruger american ranch i just set up comes with 16.1" threaded barrel, the Americans have it good, perfect for a can

Well I never did get into a 6mm.
Seems like the way to go would be a 6mm creedmoor and a 6x45 and see which I like more lol.
Download the creedmoor to slower velocities and see how it compares to maxing out the small case.
I sure like the sounds of those small sakos for those small cartridges
