Default MB650 foot hold

Just wondering about this trap , watch some videos on it , is it a certified trap for our use in alberta . Info & opinions on the trap, positive or the negatives of it appreciated .

Not yet, the offset double laminated 3/16+3/16 was tried, failed, then the cast jaw model was tried and failed too. It should be tried laminated 1/4"+1/4", but would be better if they toned the springs down to the level that the CDN Modified Bridger #3 and the #3 Victor RJ OS 4x4 w 3/16+1/4 lamination is at. The Bridger 3 CDN Modified outclasses the MB.

The MB 550 was tested this past fall, still waiting to hear how it fared.
