Promise there is no photoshopping fella. South of GP 80kms.
He is a regular at work. Guess theres 350/650 grizz here in this neck of bush.

If I get another pic I will post it.

I have posted pics here for years and none misleading. This is legit.

I am sorry for posting that it looks off to me. That wasn't necessary. Thanks for posting the pic. I would love to see a grizzly of any size. You are lucky. I have seen a few from the hwy but I have not yet come across one while out in the woods.

A bear like that, makes ya wonder how many moose, moose calves, elk and elk calves have been gobbled up by it.

Might as well just spray yourself with pepper spray if that thing decides that you are its next meal. Imagine him with a winter coat on. Wow, thanks for sharing

Hey man, no worries, it is the cyber world after all. I never saw one in the wild until I started working off highway 40. In the spring they come to the ditches to haul off winter kill moose carcasses.

Saw one at night hauling a full bull moose off in his jaws. I almost pooped a bit. Unbelievable animal. I hate them but I love them. Just respect I guess.

Posted pic last year of mama and her three cubs, they are really big this year.

Cheers all.

That's a big boy indeed. I saw the biggest grizz I've personally ever seen up by Grande Cache this year. Oh how wonderful a season would be.

I saw 7 bears last summer, and five was from my deck in Beaver Mines. A sow with two yearlings and a large black bore at one time. More grizzlies than black bears in this area.

If only there was a season and .223's were big game legal. Show that bear who the real boss is.

Love it when they stand their hair on end, like that. Makes em look twice as big. Intimidation tactic ?

One killed a calf near the Bearberry Green houses, about a week ago.

Grizz
Not the only one with a taste for beef lately . A sow and 2 cubs made there way into a local farm yard and killed 3 calves that were being raised on a bottle . Another boar was also sighted 10 miles south of there cleaning up a cow carcass . This is out on the prairie and ya I know they were originally a prairie animal , but this goes to show there is an over abundance of them .

Redrock creek area SW of GP was known to be a bad area for lots of Grizz when I worked in that area in the late 90's. I'm sure it's even more so now that the season has been closed for years.....
