Default .35 Whelen ai / cast bullets

I'm wanting to shoot some reduced loads in my Whelen. Having zero experience with cast bullets, I would appreciate any advice as to powders, patching, fillers, lubes, leading etc.
I have some 205 gr FP gas checks and would like to run them between 1800- 2000 fps if possible.
Any and all assistance appreciated. Thanks
