It is a great day for hockey in Edmonton! I was at the game last night and sure was a great atmosphere. There are for sure some exiting things to come.

Was at my friend's apartment last night. He lives one block from Roger's. People driving up and down the street honking and fist pumping out the window and people shouting "LETS GO OILERS". It's fun.

The nhl has a page that shows what the playoffs would look like if the season ended today.

https://www.nhl.com/stanley-cup-playoffs/

As of today......

Soilers vs Sharks
Flamers vs Ducks

Rangers hit the jackpot.

Would love to see a 2nd round Battle of Alberta.

I think the Oil could take the Sharks in the first round. Oilers are hot as any team in the league right now, and Sharks are really in a bad skid. Momentum and how hot your team is can be as big of a deciding factor as any heading into the playoffs.

That said, can't underestimate the Sharks at all. They have practically the same roster as last years Western Conference champs team.

For some reason, Anaheim scares me the most.
