Default Red deer rivers regs question

Hey guys, I may be reading the regs wrong, can someone clear up when the river downstream of Dickson dam opens up?

Thanks!

Yeah, restricted catches for everything except goldeye, where you can keep 10 goldeye, any size. Woohoo, fire up the Winnipeg smoker and fish those bad-boys out!!

I hear the river has lots of spot-tail shiners too, so even if the goldeye get fished out, it's not like the end of the fishery or anything.
