I have a friend (honest - not me, a friend) who drew the September bull elk tag outside the base this year. He has been scouting and getting permission, but hasn't found any big bulls to this point. He's always looking for pointers on where to look!

Now that the canola fields are being swathed. It's pushing the elk out in the open. These are out side the base.
