Default Cable guard bar makes it impossible to adjust windage on my hamskea rest

Was looking at my bow the other day and I realized that the cable guard bar on my elite impulse 34 covers the hex bolt for unlocking the micro adjust. Kinda makes walk back tuning a little more difficult. The bar does have a bit of an offset to it so I'm wondering if it is off 180 degrees.

Hoping it's an easy fix.

Default Possible Fix

I had the same problem with a QAD on a hoyt. I had to take an "L" shape allen key and cut it down to the point that there was approx. 1/8" left past the elbow. I was then able to fit it into the windage bolt. How close is the top of the bolt to the cable guide rod?

Real close. Like less than an inch

Go to nut and bolt and get the exact same bolt but with a tradition bolt head and then use a open ended barrel wrench to adjust.

I'm gonna go to an elite dealer in town and see if the rod can be rotated
