Default Burris fastfire vs vortex venom

I am looking to pick up a used red dot and have narrowed it down to these two models. Just looking for input from any members here to help me decide before I pull the trigger. This will be my first red dot and will be mounted on a 22lr. Open to other suggestions providing the price stays around 200-250 and good warranty
Thank you in advance

If it's going on a 22lr buy whichever of the 2 is cheaper. Their warranty is so similar. Same with quality.

I have a ff3 on a 9mm carbine, works great.

I have Burris fast fire 3MOA and it is a very nice site. I don't know anything about Vortex but with Burris site you still have to use frontside as a second reference point for aiming. I bought it for a shotgun without looking into it to much and ended up buying their special mount for the shotgun so it can be mount low enough.

Thank you for the input, I kind of figured they would compare relatively similar I guess all that’s left to do now is watch the buy and sell for the next good deal
Thank you
