Default st. anne report june 30, july 01, 2007

after drinking waaaaayyyyy too much on friday night, hit st. anne late morning on sat.
was an o.k. day. landed a dozen walleyes, no pike in about 3 hrs. proceeded to drink way too much again sat. night...long weekends are sure tough on the ole liver!!!!!!!
the next day, tried a different area, found the pike!!!!
landed about 30 pike and 6 'eyes between the 3 of us!!!
kept 3 keeper pike. largest hitting 67cm.
super-fun day. the fish were very aggressive, many hitting within feet of the boat!!!!
the magic color was yellow, with or without bait.
all in all, fair 1st day, good 2nd day.
busy lake. lots of quality scenery.
HAPPY CANADA DAY EVERYONE!!!!
cheers, gw

no pics this time ndn,
in a rush getting out there after work we forgot it.
probably best not to have it on a drunken stupor weekend anyways.
no damage and no incriminating evidence!!!
