Default Outboard Motor parts

I was pulling my stuff together last night, for the trip out to the cabin and I was going to fire up the motor (really old Johnson 15 hp) and I guess the previous owner used something that was not a fuel line from the bulb back to the tank. I am not sure what happened but the rubber was melted, both the fuel line and as it turned out the priming bulb.

Now I have about 2 feet of extra fuel line so I just cut a chunk off of the long end to replace what melted but I still need a priming bulb. do I have to go to a boat dealer or can I get something like that at Canadian Tire.
