I personally think insulated tents are overrated. I've had non-insultated as long as I've been ice fishing, and we're more concerned about being too warm than too cold with our heaters on low. We used a Buddy Heater in the Clam Base Camp and we use a double-sunflower in the giant Eskimo double-bubble, and it's too warm after about 15 minutes, so we have to turn it off. Yes, there's a bit of condensation, but it's a really little bit and not much of a concern. So you've got all this, plus it's half the weight.

Insulated for sure and six sided makes a huge difference in how quiet inside it is while windy. The wider the base the better also in my opinion. As far as brand that is up to you, it is more how you take care of them that is important. I set mine up after each trip, dry it out and fold it up properly which is almost impossible to accomplish on the ice.

80”x80”x80”. The Frabill US site shows the same tent and lists it at $349 USD, so $279 CAD at Costco is a really decent price.
