Fly fishing and thunderstorms/rain
So I usually fish during good weather.
I must go fly fishing this weekend but there is a high risk of thunder storms and rain.
I have fished during overcast and light rain and done very well before.
What are people opinions on before/during/after thunderstorms?
I do know the risks and dangers.
Not looking for advise on that.

Best drake hatch ive personally experienced. Was in the breaks between down pours and thunder storms. Some times if the river colours up just right the fish can go wild , its a rare occurrence ime .

That last thunder cracked the foundation i think... time to go fishing.
That reminds me... rain + worms = good fishing where allowed.
