I am going to be camping near the belly river this summer and was told there is bull trout in there .....being new at fly fishing but having some success with small trout and early season walleyes I'm looking to hooking into some Bulls. I've never caught one befor so the question is what flies would one use and what type of water I should target.
Double bunnys and clouser minnows do well, I target deep holes with some fast moving water. Pike flys also can work well they seem to like the big stuff.
