Was having some issues filing my moms last tax return...they had not sent out her T4 OAS.
Called Revenue Canada March 8th and left a message because they just don't answer the phone.
Got a call today...'Hi, this is Marge from Revenue Canada returning your call from March 8th'.
It may take them 2 1/2 months, but they do return their calls

I'm guessing if money is owed, the response time is about 1000 times faster lol.
