The Webley uses an oddball bullet .454 most people cast their own, not sure where to buy some premade. Next check your brass look in side the case if there's two holes it's Berdan primed not impossible to reload but not easy, one hole in the center it's boxer, load data is the easy part.

Check Tradex I have seen some boxer brass somewhere

I asked a buddy check budget shooter Henry has brass and bullets

Where are you located? I don't have 455 Webley dies but I may be able to help out with bullets.

Canada Ammo brings in 455 Webley fairly regularly.
Get on the email notification for when it's in stock.

If you don't reload (There's no shame in that; We all work for a living) I feel like the best bet is to buy factory ammo, and sell the brass to someone who does reload.
If you want to shoot more, buy something in a cheaper caliber.
That's my opinion, based on owning a pistol chambered in 38S&W and not reloading for it.

Edit:
Canada Ammo has it in stock right now.
Not cheap though...

For what it is the price is reasonable, many of the rare/older rounds are very pricey.

I've got a 255gr. .454 mold I use for 45 Colt but I believe the op is hoping for loaded ammo. In any case its a good excuse to start reloading, the bullet barn also has everything needed.
