Default duramax/diesel mechanics?

2006 LBZ.

Truck hesitates, runs rough and blows exhaust at 1100 RPM. Idles fine.

Ran fine until I switched the serpentine belt. I had to take off air box, intercooler tubes to get access to the belt tensioner.

When I put it back together is when it started acting up.

Do you remember to plug the mass airflow sensor in?

Yup.

One possibility is that the MAF sensor was damaged some how. The only way for me to check this is to buy new one tomorrow.

Took them off and on about 5 times today. Tightened them right down. Everything seems to be fitted properly.

I also checked for cracks/leaks etc.

There's no leaky turbo sound either.

It's like as soon as the trucks RPM's are high enough to call for boost, it doesn't get any and the truck over fuels.

Turbo sucked up a paper towel into the EGR. I couldn't believe when I idled it for 30 seconds it had that much suction.
