Brand new bino's in the box, these were a replacement through warranty and unfortunately do not fit my eyes like my older Leupolds did. Can be verified through the store who did the warranty claim and can even be purchased through the store if one wants to use Credit Card. Currently on rebate at Cabelas for $1550 plus tax, asking $1500 and no tax for these.
