Why do the criminals always get the leaniant side of the conversation. No worries of paint or injury if you don't go where your not supposed to. I'm referring to warned people and obvious signed properties.
I understand mistakes can happen where you think your somewhere but not. This guy obviously knew not to be there.

Exactly, this wasn't an honest mistake, as in someone getting lost, this individual was well aware of what he was doing, and chose to ignore the warning to stop trespassing on someone else's land. In fact, I feel that he deserves a lot more than he received for his illegal actions, but for some strange reason, some people want to make the criminal the victim, and the victim the criminal.
