Hey so i just have a couple questions. we are either going to gull lake sylvan lake or down to the chain lake provincial park tomorrow for some ice fishing.
what lake do you reccomend for fishing and for each one what bait and lures have you been using and depth you suggest?
well gull lake i was using jig head with an anchovie, kept about 2 feet off bottom, pike and burbs hitting that, wire worm tip with maggot for whitefish and perch, same for sylvan, chain lakes is a sz 12 hook with a ball of veleta cheese loaf and a tiny littlw weight, also i find orange and rainbow powerbait also works, fish off the bottom a foot or two
