I think there are a number over 200lbs taken in AB. They are endangered in SK?

Probably just the extent of their natural range.
I'm sure that will change in the near future the way they are spreading across Alberta.
That one does look like it would be crowding 200 for sure.

It was taken SW of Leduc. I was with him when he shot it on his farm. We weighed it on his scale, and it was 209 pounds. He will not post a picture as he doesn't want the backlash.

I wouldnt either. This guys been getting all sorts of threats and slandering. It's been all over the news for awhile now. Absolute last thing I'd do is throw it on social media. To bad.

I think it said 186lbs in the story. looks like it has 25lbs of fresh white tail in it's gut.
