Amazing that all the testing they did that it never came out until it went live. Many had it for testing last ice season and you would think it would have been fixed. I see it mentioned on some guys YouTube videos as well so it must be fairly common.

I just received my new adapter from StrikeMaster and they did listen to us. It is still the StrikerMaster Adapter NDA-3 but they grind off the top/collar off the adapter.
They also included a new screw for the adapter to auger.
Any idea what drill and model number the adapter doesn’t work for? Mine has the rounded top that I just got from Cabela’s . I’d rather fix it now before I take it to the lake and have troubles. Or get them to send me a new one.
