Benchmark or varget were my go to for the .204. Both of them produced 1/2" groups. I never had a chrono so I'm not sure what velocities were, but the yotes didn't like either.

Same two powders I shoot in my 204, although with the varget shortage I'm going to stick with the benchmark cause the 7-08 needs a steady supply of varget.

Just talked to my nephew he heartily endorses H322 and so does another of the relatives.

I did try some H332... a little dirty. BLC2 is a good powder as well.

So far my fav loading is 24.8gn H322 .40gn Vmax, CCI SRP's and chrono's at 3977 fps from my Savage M12LRVP

8208 XBR, Benchmark, H-4895.
I find RL-10X gives the best accuracy and speed in all three of mine.

I've used win 748 in two different 204s with 32&40gr vmax. Worked very well.

Ramshot TAC powder, over 40 gr. V-Max works in both of mine and flows like water.
