Default SPFGA Last Call - Sorry, the lights are out!

Just recieved word from the Membership Chair that the 2013 "cap" for range memberships has been reached. It is possible a couple of vendors may have a few cards, but if they do...I expect them to be recalled soon. If you were procrastinating, you are probably too late, but you could try calling a vendor...

What is the cap this year? My better half and I bought ours in December when they went on sale. I was down at the range today with the missus. She put 9 rounds through a three inch circle at 15 meters with her Ruger mkIII hunter.. Damned impressive for a newbie!

Not sure what the cap was set at for 2013 ... in 2012, Exec set it at 3200 but I think ended at about 3400+ by the time all the books were collected from vendors. Probably similar this year. The cap number does not include the LE component which is probably 200+.
Glad you got yours Trooper, don't worry...a bit of practice and you'll shoot as well as the missus

Hey 260, what I'm really impressed about is that she also enjoys coyote hunting, so I hope she will get her big game license this fall and bag a white tail with me.
I can guarantee that we will be spending much time on the range this year.. God knows, I need the practice to keep up with her!!

Ideas regarding how the club can improve membership card distribution are being discussed at Exec level. Not sure how things will shake out, but I expect exiisting members (those with memberships in 2013) may get an early purchase option for 2014. I also expect a moderate fee increase for 2014 will be discussed.
