Default 280 rem load development

Hey guy I just picked up a 280 and am doing some load development. I was going to head out today to shoot but the snow held me up, so I just ended up buying more bullets and loading more. This is a list of what I have loaded
154 grain hornady sst with 56gr of RL22
150 grain nosler ballistic tip with 53gr of RL19
140 grain nosler partition with 55 gr of RL19
139 grain hornady GMX with 54gr of H4831
110 grain Barnes TTSX with 59gr of H4831
100 grain sierra varminter with 60gr of H4831

That is what I am starting with. Any of you guys/gals have any loads that your gun likes that you are willing to share or any other recommendations?

Thanks in advance

As a suggestion only, pick the bullet you want to use and try 2 or 3 different powders in 1/2 grain increments, start with a mild load and work up checking for signs of excess presure. I usually always get a bullet to perform in a rifle this way. PM me for more specifics if you like.

I agree with the above statement, your are trying to test too many things at once here. It will be hard to find something that works.

140 gr bullets and the .280 Rem are meant for each other. I use either a 140 gr TSX or TTSX with a stout load of IMR 4831. Works quite well. I get the best results from either IMR or Hodgdon 4831 with mine, no matter what brand of bullet I use.

I agree with Leo. Start with the least amount of variables and work your way up.
Also with the Barnes the Overall Cartridge length is important I found on my rifle( Ruger M77 in 280Rem).

I will fire off my load data for 150gr TTSX later this week.
