Default retro fit a Ruger m77
Want to know if any have has the floor plate retro'd to a detachable magazine and if so what is the cost and which gunsmith does do it?

For a 7mm

Well my own preference is a floor plate. Can't forget the magazine that way. but am sure someone on here can help you.

I have not seen anything yet except the Kwik Klips for the Rem 700's, they are around $60-$80.

Maybe they make them for the Ruger, I looked but can't find, sorry.
