Default Ballistics Help

Searched the web for charts and couldn't locate what I need. My computor skills are limited to say the least. Anyone willing to run the Berger 7mm 168 gr. VLD through their ballistic program for me? If so, assume a BC of .643, a 200 yard zero and a MV of 3000 fps. I'd like to know the trajectory and energy at 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 yds. Alternatively, could anyone direct me to where I could obtain the info through my own efforts?
