Default 416 vs 50 cal

Watching the Discovery chnl this afternoon & it is showing "Future Weapons".

A former Navy Seal shooting the new (?) 416 up against the "traditional" 50 cal.
Target is 2500 yds (7500 ft !) and the 416 came out tops. The round he stuffed down the pipe looked a lot bigger than any of his fingers.
Anyway, it amazed me ! My laneway is only 2000 ft. long and if a Deer is at the end it looks like it's cat sized ! 2500 yds and I think it's another county !
