Making room in the Safe: CZ 22 Mag and Ruger 10/22

Need to make room in the safe, Kootenay gun show is coming up.
First is a Ruger 10/22 with full stock. Gun is in like new condition, 100 rounds through it. Comes with a Simmons scope ($80.00) and a BX trigger assembly installed ($140 at Cabella's https://www.cabelas.ca/search?q=BX+trigger ). Has a nice crisp 2 lb 7 oz pull.

Second is a CZ 457 Canadian in 22 Mag. It is in like new condition, approximately 200 rounds through it. Comes with a Burris Dropline Rimfire 3-9X40 Scope ($280 https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/b...7.html?loc=plp ). Also comes with 6 boxes of ammo, 2 full CCI Maxi Mag, a partial box of CCI TNT Maxi Mag and 3 boxes (2 full 1 partial) Browning BPR Hollow Points
