Are you north or south of 43? Near the Simonette or Smoky?

Only asking because I hunt 521 fairly regularly, usually south of 43, and have seen them around the Simonette but a buddy who hunts 521 north of 43, near 676 and Little Smoky says they're up there as well.

The pool noodle is for wailing on one if you run out of ammo or helping you float when you run out of ammo and jump into the nearest water?

Traditionally that's grizzly range. Isn't the number one grizzly for Alberta from the Swan Hills area?

You are aware of them in close proximity take appropriate precaution and if necessary practice S.S.S!

I'm thinking most of us would rather have a strong grizzly bear population then having them wiped out. Too bad there isn't a limited draw for the population of bears we now have.

Exactly I got no problem with them as long as they're not trying to get in my cabins

I guess it's not much of a stretch from the Simonette. Keep an eye while you're out there.
