Was in Walmart today, they have a sale on for Canadian AAA Angus Rib Steak for $14.93 a Kg, which is less than 1/2 price at any other store and they are delicious. They come in 2 - 3/4" cut steaks per package, I bought 20 of them. Average steak weights 1.4 lbs. around $16.00 for two.

Phenomenal deal for anyone that lives near a Walmart Supercenter. I will be BBQ'ing one tonight.
Co-op has AA rib steaks on for 13.21 a kg. In a rib steak I prefer AA, less fatty in a fatty cut.

Low and slow is the only way to go, unless you are BBQ'ing a steak!

Tonight I will cook my rib steak @ 700 degrees F, for 3 to 4 minutes a side.

Again buddy you're ribs are KILLER!!!!!

Can you please share a picture? I know you are a master chef, would be nice to see you're creative handy work!

I have decided not to post another meal here again until bb356 is off of suspension (my little protest). Will work on some great recipes until then.

I worked in grocery retail for 15 years and bought the rib steaks a few days ago....the fat stays on to bring the weight up......that is the way we rolled...

Nothing has changed

BBQ hamburgers with homemade buns. Pretty tasty but I'd like one of those bannock burgers I had at porkapalooza it was so yummy! Then I had a smoked turkey leg for dessert. Why is porkapalooza only once a year

Fried chicken now marinating in the fridge in a tub of buttermilk and fresh ground pepper. For the batter I'm using pancake mix blended with a ton of the keg steak spice and a pinch of epicure herb and garlic spice.
