Where can you find lead shot in Alberta. I know Bass Pro carries some but I have not found any other place. I wond make it down that way for awhile. Any online dealer?

Thanks.

Default The USA

If you make a trip, all sizes of lead are available and not at a terrible price.

I also think that I recall that Cat has one of those cool machines that can turn wheel weights into lead shot.

Allen Day sells shot and components out of Silver Willow near Carstairs. Farther north, Swamp Donkey outdoors sells lead shot. Both Allen and Martin are excellent to deal with, and they have good prices.Priphet River brings in Fiocchi primers which work excellent in the hulls with larger primer pockets.

Op, did you end up find the lead?

I am also looking for some lead, does anyone know the prices or availability for some 71/2, 8s around edmonton? Also need some 16 ga and 20 ga wads..

For those that order lead from Mr. Bilozir or from out east, how much is shipping for a few bags of lead?

Thanks

Swamp Donkey Outdoors has lead shot at $50 per bag by Spruce Grove. He had #7-1/2 sitting in his place about ten days ago.

Because of the low demand, due to the steel shot regulations for waterfowl, hardly anyone bothers to stock it. On the other hand, a target shooter can easily use 250lbs or more of # 7-1/2 to #9 lead shot every year.
