Default Nice Find Today!

I was out doing my checks this morning and I came across this beaver nest. It's just a small one with only 4 eggs but it was nice to see. It seems early for them to start nesting already as the ice is still coming off of the creek. It's gonna be an early hatch this year I guess.

Doubt very much that's a beaver nest, I've never seen less than 6 eggs in a nest before and I have come across literally 100's of nests.

There the wrong colour for velociraptors. Velociraptor eggs are more blue green in colour.

Beavers usually nest in a more wet area as well.
