Well worth it at that price. Looks like you have everything you need to get started. So yes, it's a good deal.

Thank you for the quick responses. I'm trying to figure out about the press. Does anyone know if there has to be special dies or anything to work with it or will it be good with whatever I get?

its an old C&h press. I am really not sure if it is the type that uses shell holders all or if you need a special ram for each cartridge.
There is a set of lee dies in the picture so I would bet that it would accept all new dies.
You can also buy a new ram that accepts shell holders, at least in the USA...

I have another style of older CH press that uses proprietary shell holders.
However, just last week, I called the CH4D company and ordered a replacement part that will accomodate all shell holders.
I have dealt with them before and was pleased with the service. It's a small place but they certainly know what they are doing.
They ship to Canada via US Postal Service.

The old CH presses are strong as anything, very well built as well.
That is a heckuva deal for starting out!

Sounds like the press might be problematic, still not a bad deal.

Sounds like the press might be problematic, no press, no reload, still not a bad deal.

Not problematic at all, it comes with Lee dies and they come with a standard shell holder. The parts have been used so I'm sure it is good to go.
