its could be a lot worst with kids and older folks who might have asthma or other conditions expose to bear spray

They will probably get a slap on the wrist, and will be back working towards a life of crime in short order. They would probably learn more if they were placed in a cell and sprayed in the face with bear spray and left for a few hours to think about it. It would cost the taxpayers a lot less as well.

Probably just a bunch of privileged white kids from the suburbs with no previous record of crime. Betcha. 
The kids were arrested at a Catholic Jr. High school. Interesting. A couple Hail Mary's and they should be good to go.....

Forget the bear spray. Put them in a cell with Bubba for a few hours. Problem solved.

Soooo
So not only did they spray & assault multiple people with bear spray in a public venue, they tried to steal cash, and arrived and departed in a stolen car.
Their parents must be proud..

Yup, making the news for all,the wrong reasons....hog tied, pepper sprayed and a little water(torture) to rinse off the pepper spray....repeat for 24hrs.

No No No!! You are seeing it all the wrong way! Stealing cars, committing acts of vandalism, larceny, and violence...it's all a classic cry for help! These misguided youth are the future of society, they need hugs, understanding, and some government hand outs. Don't you realize, diversity is our strength? With just a little progressive thinking, some applied socialism, and a pinch of tax payers dollars, this whole sorry incident could have been avoided. Honest.

I understand that some parents would be less than proud but be careful. Some parents do all the right stuff and the kids still turn out to be culls.

Not sure if this is a solution or a fix to the problem. It may not make a difference to all the creeps, but it would make a difference to this one

Give them a flourescent pink jumpsuit and a broom. 10 hours a day sweeping IronMills inside and out. Rain or shine for 30 days.
