PAL or RPAL?
Some folks are reporting sub 30 day turnaround with online renewals.
I'll let you know when I get my RPAL, as I began the process online with it 2-1/2 to 3 weeks ago.
Thanks for the reminder I'll go check my status.
Standby.........
20 days in, has and still is at the initial processing stage.

I did mine last year using the online process, RPAL. It took less than 2 weeks. I was happy with the process.

Anyone know if taking a selfie from a cell phone would be an acceptable picture?

Its what I used for my online renewal. Just need a neutral color background.

Online seems to be the fastest. If you answer yes to one of the questions, phone them as soon as the initial processing has started otherwise they will snail mail you a letter saying you have to phone them. They just want to ask you a few additional questions. This will slow the process down considerably if you dont phone ahead of time..
