I retested the velocities I had originally got with my Chrony. This time I used my RCBS and the velocities came out in the 3000 fps range, Which is the normal expected range. I will have to do some more experimenting with the Chrony, I may have to send it back for some reprogramming. Sorry for the bad information in my original post.
