Default Need help with trigger on my marlin

Hey guys I need some help locating a gunsmith that would be willing to do a trigger job on my Marlin 444. The trigger comes in at 7.5pounds . I have tried Rod Hendrickson and Karl at K&S and they are not willing to do it. I have checked out Marlinowners forum of which I am a member and have 2 options.
1) wildest happy Trigger ( can't find one in Canada and the U.S. won't ship to Canada )

2) Take it all apart grind, polish, cut spring etc... but I am not capable of this serious kind of work and Rod says that its not a good idea as one can weaken and cause safety issues.

So , any suggestion as to what to do? I love the rifle and caliber.
Thanks .

Try Rusty Wood Trading Company for the Happy Trigger.

I just got off the phone with them. He recommends I do a trigger job instead of the happy trigger.
Very reasonably priced I thought and quoted a week turn around.

Was that recently? I have read on other forums, if the items were above $100.00 us they would not ship as they needed special permits .
I guess I will have to call them.
